Born and raised in Africa/Yet in the streetz feel like a forienger./Grew up infront of the TV/Because on the streetz ur mother was afraid 4 u 2 be./Fed and fattend on westerm media,/now grown and unfit/to survive on these ghetto african streets./Driven from a four foot fenced home 2 white private school./You existed in a world so different from the one on which ur feet stood./And everyday u watchd and did not understand,/the world that rushd past ur windscreen/like imagez u had seen in ur television screen/of poor 3rd world countries/unaware u were living in./Know nothing of the hisory or culturez of ur country that ur living in/yet educated abt european countryz u've never been./Black on the outside,/White on the in./This is the new generation of Africans.
